This setup allows large volumes of corrugated material to be processed continuously, improving workflow efficiency while maximizing available space. By aligning the compactor design with the customer’s operational needs, the system delivers both durability and long-term performance.

To ensure smooth operation, the controls package was equipped with photo eye start functionality and overflow sensors. These features allow the conveyor and auger to communicate in real-time, automatically adjusting to material flow and preventing overload.
